COOP began as a 90-day MVP in 2018, created to disrupt Ryder’s own $6B rental business by launching the industry’s first asset-sharing platform for commercial trucks. As a Product Designer, I contributed to user research and product development for the platform, helping shape features across more than 90 sprints and five interconnected user experiences.

Who is this for?

Usability Evaluation Framework
The framework was developed within an agile product environment where insights from user interviews, Hotjar session recordings, and behavioral analytics informed each iteration. This approach helped us validate patterns across workflows and prioritize improvements based on real user behavior rather than assumptions.

The Process
Early workflow mapping used to understand how reservation extensions impact pricing, cost breakdowns, and user decisions during the booking process.

User Flow Documentation
Workflow diagrams were continuously maintained throughout development to map how users interact with reservations, pricing, and vehicle data. These artifacts helped uncover edge cases, clarify system behavior, and guide design decisions as the platform evolved.
